This visit allows our team to: • Review the venue layout and dimensions • Assess load-in and load-out access and timing • Identify technical, structural, and logistical requirements • Confirm installation feasibility and safety considerations • Provide accurate design, production, and cost recommendations Fee: $500 If the client proceeds with booking Let’s Party New York for the event, the $500 on-site visit fee will be fully credited toward the total event production cost. If the client decides not to move forward, the fee is non-refundable and covers professional time, travel, planning, and logistical expenses associated with the site visit.
