Service Description
Our On-Site Visit & Event Assessment is a professional service designed to properly evaluate the event space, logistics, measurements, access points, installation requirements, and overall feasibility of your custom event. This visit allows our team to: • Review the venue layout and dimensions • Assess load-in and load-out access and timing • Identify technical, structural, and logistical requirements • Confirm installation feasibility and safety considerations • Provide accurate design, production, and cost recommendations Fee: $500 If the client proceeds with booking Let’s Party New York for the event, the $500 on-site visit fee will be fully credited toward the total event production cost. If the client decides not to move forward, the fee is non-refundable and covers professional time, travel, planning, and logistical expenses associated with the site visit. This service ensures clarity, transparency, and accurate planning for both parties prior to any custom event production.
Cancellation Policy
🔹 Booking & Payment Policy The On-Site Visit & Event Assessment requires a $500 payment at the time of booking. This fee covers: • Travel and logistics • Time spent on-site • Professional event assessment and consultation 🔹 Credit Toward Event • If the client moves forward and books the full event with Let’s Party New York, the $500 will be credited toward the final event balance. • The credit applies only to events booked within 30 days of the site visit. 🔹 Non-Refundable Fee • If the client chooses not to proceed with the event, the $500 fee is non-refundable, as it covers incurred logistical and professional costs. 🔹 Rescheduling Policy • The site visit may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the fee. 🔹 Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.
